Not a tattoo of an eyeball but a tattoo on an actual eyeball. Apparently this technique has been used on blind eyeballs to correct some type of visual imperfection so a blind persons eyeball doesn't look weird but this guy just did it to see if it could be done.

I swear I heard Joe Buck say somewhere in the second quarter,
"This team anticipated getting the ball and moving that ball to the other side of the field but they over-anticipated."
Isn't that what happens for 99% of all football plays ever played? i guess i have just never heard it put so simply yet so eloquent before.
